Once you have joined the Midwich team, you will commence on either a three or six-month probation period. During this, you will attend a comprehensive induction programme, complete with various compliance training. This will help you become familiar with the business and gain an appreciation for how the many different teams work.
And of course, you will also embark upon training specific to your role. But don’t worry, you’re not alone. HR and your line manager will regularly meet with you to discuss how you are settling in and how we can best support you.
